Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with registration.
Important notes:
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE;
- One author registration covers 1 or 2 papers, depending on the chosen package. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee of 60 USD.
